Overview

We offer the only filleting & cooking Masterclass in the Bay of Plenty, with a total group size of up to 12 participants—available as mixed or private sessions.

After huge success and fully booked sessions at the yearly Flavours of Plenty Festival, we are excited to now offer this epic Masterclass to private and mixed groups, as well as businesses.

Starting 11AM – 2PM

Learn the proper way to fillet, gain tips and tricks, and discover the best methods to care for your catch.

Your experience includes a welcome mocktail, home-made pizzas, and a cooking class featuring sushi, sashimi, and smoked fish. Plus, as an added bonus, you get to take home all the fish fillets of the day!
